She saw it built.
On every project in this catalogue the role was the same: design and delivery. The drawing first, then the budget, the schedule, the consultants and the trades, and the site reviews that close the distance between the two.

A testfit is the first honest answer to how much fits, and what it will cost to fit it.
Branding opportunities were counted level by level as well: murals, framed art, neon and logo signage, a three dimensional element, a green wall.

Sketch, render, correction, render again. Most portfolios show the last one. This is the one before it: the drawing with the marks still on it, while a change still costs a pen stroke.
